To qualify for Oxbull IDOs, the qualifying amounts of $OXI to be staked shall be as per the tiering table below:

The reward is being distributed according to the APY and amount of $OXI staked, and upon harvesting your stake is unaffected. Users are welcome to harvest at all times, but do note that gas fee for transaction will still incur. Reward tokens will go directly and instantly into your wallet upon harvesting. # Unstake In the event where users decides to unstake: 1. **Full Unstake** * Their IDO qualification will be forfeited. * Not able to claim tokens even you had contributed, if unstake is performed before project TGE. * A 15-day time lock will be initiated and tokens will only be available to withdraw after 15 days have elapsed. * Should the user decides to proceed with an emergency withdrawal (bypassing the timelock), the user will incur a penalty of 30% of the total staked amount. 2. **Partial Unstake:** * Users can now choose to partially unstake a portion of their staked tokens. * Upon partial unstake, the user's tier will be recalculated based on the remaining staked amount. * If the staked amount falls below the required threshold, users will not be able to claim tokens, even if they have contributed, if the partial unstake is performed before the project’s TGE. * The same 15-day time lock applies to the partially unstaked amount, and tokens will only be available for withdrawal after this period has elapsed. * Users can restake the partially unstaked amount back at any time. * Should the user decide to proceed with an emergency withdrawal for the partially unstaked amount (bypassing the time lock), a penalty of 30% of the total partially unstaked amount will apply. # Oxbull Immunity Refund Policy At Oxbull, we’ve never stopped prioritizing the safety and trust of our community members. Oxbull aims to ensure that investors have a transparent and fair experience while participating in IDOs. The team understands that circumstances may change, and a refund option helps provides a safety net for those who are not satisfied with their contributions. If an investor is keen to request for a refund, they shall have a window of **24 hours from Token Generation** to do so. The refund policy will abide to the strict timeframe, any further requests after the allocated time will not be entertained. A dedicated refund section will be made available in project claiming page for this purpose.
A FULL refund will be available to investors who have not claimed any tokens, follow these easy steps: 1. Click the refund button. 2. Approve the transaction in wallet. 3. Voilà! For investors who have claimed the initial token release, but intends to exercise FULL refund: 1. Click the refund button. 2.
