# Private Sale Pass

At Oxbull, we’re constantly seeking ways to enhance the investment experience for our community. 

Tier 2 and Tier 3 investors will now be able to join Oxbull's Private Sale (originally an exclusive opportunity for Tier 1 investors) through our innovative “Private Sale Pass”.

### What does Private Sale Pass bring for the investors? <a href="#id-5be8" id="id-5be8"></a>

**For Tier 2 Investors**:\
Holders of a Private Sale Pass enables access to Oxbull’s Private Sale that were previously exclusive to Tier 1 investors. Allocations will be in accordance to your $OXB holdings staked.

**For Tier 3 Investors**:\
Holders of a Private Sale pass qualifies for a raffle spot on the Oxbull Private Sale whitelist.

### How to obtain a Private Sale Pass? <a href="#id-7729" id="id-7729"></a>

The Private Sale Pass can be obtained simply by staking the following **for 365 days**:

* 1000–4000 $OXB (as per Tier 2 requirements), OR
* Mininum 50 $OXB (as per Tier 3 requirements)

Staking will still provide a 10% APY.

During this period, there shall be no unstake option available apart from an immediate withdraw option which will incur a 50% penalty on the total amount of tokens staked.

The Private Sale Pass will **only be valid for 365 days.** In addition to the usual eligibilities of each tiers, holders of the pass will also be eligible to participate in Private Sales held via Oxbull.\

The pass will expire after 365 days. Investors can either choose to renew the Private Sale Pass or unstake. Unstaking will carry the usual 30 day waiting period.

### Special Note for Tier 3 Investors: <a href="#cabd" id="cabd"></a>

For our Tier 3 investors, it is key to understand the specific process associated with the Private Sale Pass. Obtaining a Tier 3 Private Sale Pass and completing all SPRINT QUESTS grants you entry into a raffle for a spot on the Oxbull Private Sale whitelist ONLY and DOES NOT guarantee a whitelist spot.

* Winner Announcement: The winners of the raffle will be announced 30 minutes prior to the start of the Private Sale on [Oxbull Official TG Announcement Channel](https://t.me/Oxbull_tech_announcement).
* First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) Basis: Once winners are announced, participation in the Private Sale is on a first-come, first-served basis, so prompt action is essential.

### Obtaining a Private Sale Pass <a href="#d7d6" id="d7d6"></a>

**For existing Oxbull Tier 2 and Tier 3 investors**, **you do not need to unstake**. Simply get the Private Sale Pass by clicking ‘Get Tier 2/ 3 Private Sale Pass Now’ on <https://oxbull.tech/app/private-sale-pass>.

After confirming transaction, the Private Sale Pass will be activated.

**For new investors**, the Private Sale Pass can be obtained via:

1. Go to <https://oxbull.tech/app/private-sale-pass> to buy and stake OXB.

2\. After staking successfully, click ‘Get Tier 2/ 3 Private Sale Pass Now’ and confirm the necessary transaction.
